Steve Zissou, an aquatic documentarian tries to find the shark that killed his beloved friend.
James - Bill Murray at his best. The creative design in this film surpasses its undeveloped plot. Some of my favorite scenes ever.

Britney - A fantastic addition into the silly films in the Criterion Collection. It makes me think of endless blue water and endless supply of red caps.

Criterion Collection: The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou
I tell ya, the soundtrack to this has got to be the best set of David Bowie acoustic covers in all of Earth and Mars. If I may say, without being threatened or poked by any sort of sharp object, that the beginning started out a bit slow for me, but it did managed to put on its ass kicking boots midway and I was fully alert throughout the rest. It has a much satisfying and tear-worthy ending. And like Britney said, the first things that come to my mind is the ocean and red caps! Then I start to visualize the cast and hum the music, hehe!
